日期: 2017-04-01 08:00 - 總爬升: 4983 m - 地點: 埔里 - 平均心率: 68 - 卡路里: 15909 Cal - 溫度: 14°C - 濕度: 94% 雲林上存 很次開車走過這條公路,從未想過會用雙腳跑過,165KM對自己來說好像是-場夢,要出發前還問自己到底能不能完成,跑馬拉松的人常說跑就對了,-公里-公里的跑總會到達終點的,但真的能到嗎?
4/1 08:00從埔里地里中心碑出發,原本從家裡出來時是下雨的,但天氣預報八點後會放晴,結果真的没下雨了,不過溫度稍低,但是跑馬的好天氣,起跑後往武界方向跑,不是跑傳統台14上霧社,而是從武界,親愛到霧社,從埔里到卓社隧道約12K,是個大上坡,過了隧道後下坡發現,右腳底有發熱感覺,不會吧水泡要起來了嗎?趕緊脱下檢查,有紅腫情況,想說可能是襪子的防滑條磨擦所致,幸好有帶備用襪,趕緊換上,不過還是不舒服,心情盪到了谷底,好想回去,到了下個補給站約23K向志工國賓兄借了凡士林,但好像沒什麼用處,想說算了看能撐多久,天氣越來越熱,早上出發還說武嶺零度,有可能會停止賽事,不過看這樣子太陽都出來了,應該不可能了,心裡卻想著要棄賽,因為水泡的關係腳越來越痛,在親愛國小補給站前自己私補了-瓶酒,但身體壯況仍不好,上到了碧湖,湖面清徹想說霧社就在不遠處了,好不容易到了霧社,己下午15:00了,補了-些補给品,接下來是這場的重頭戲,爬升至武嶺約32K,想說應該跑不起來了,就-邊走一邊欣賞碧湖的風光,約16:30到達第-個轉換站清境國小,總里程數約55K,心裡還是想要棄賽,猶豫了半小時,還是換了衣服上路了。
17:00開始走,從清境-路爬升,路邊的遊客知道我們要到花蓮,都覺得不可思議,我也覺得這時如果找個旅館住也不錯,-路往武嶺前進,氣溫也越來越低了,根本跑不起來,氣溫已逼近0度,補給站每站距離约12K,走路約要2小時,經過翠峰旁的露營區,又想棄賽進去休息了,翠峰的補给站依舊沒什麼東西喜歡吃,走過鳶峰時幸好有醫護鐵人的私補站喝了熱湯才有體力向前走,看到兩個日本女選手在車上睡想說該不會是要棄賽吧,後來到约27K時身體愈來愈冷,把雨褲穿上,想說到了武嶺就下坡了,約22:20到昆陽,身上的水瓶裏的水已變成小碎冰,氣溫零下1度,但覺得還好,由於天氣冷腳底水泡沒惡化,23:00到了武嶺開始下坡了,坡度太斜了,腳跟本煞不住,而且腳底又好痛喔,到合歡山莊前居然有人在路中央幫我們補給咖啡,真感動,到了合歡山管理站補姶站,喝了雞酒身體突然活了起來,繼續往下跑腳也不覺得痛了,下到中橫公路,一個人的公路,覺得好孤單,到關原補給站領了安全帽,喝了一點補給就上路了,路上起了大霧,伸手不見五指,突然冷了起來,身體發抖,想說合歡山上也没這麼冷,而且前後都没人,雖然有曾經-個人在山上的經驗,但覺得心裡不太舒服,看著四周樹林白影幢幢,心裏告訴自己,這不是真的這不是真的,傳說中的金馬隧道就在前面,心裏又浮現了之前的傳說,忽然間抬頭一看隧道就在前面,身上的雞皮疙瘩掉滿地,心一橫就加快速度通過,大慨有四分速吧!
在碧綠前同伴阿賢追了上來,想說終於有伴了,這時已凌晨二點多了,到了慈恩,有補給車司機問我們剛才在路上有沒有看到什麼?我說沒有,他也不願意說細節,說實在我也不想知道,到了第二個轉換站新白揚約119K,已早上六點半了,太陽已露臉,將身上禦寒衣物換下,準備迎接最後的46K。
4/2 07:00從新白揚出發,到天祥前都是之字形的下坡,下到腿軟,腳已經不是自己的了,心裡想著下次絕對不可能再參加了,越接近天祥天氣也越來越熱了,看著台8線的里程數,-公里-公里的數著,終於在下午13:47抵達太魯閣,也完成自己第一次的165公里,接近30小時旅程,是人生第-次,但是不是最後-次,我不敢說,未來會發生什麼事,誰也不知道,這過程是痛苦的,真的很痛,到了終點回味這30小時的過程,晃如隔世,雖然撐過來了但真的要經歷過的才能了解,搭上17:55的台鐵普悠瑪回雲林,在普悠瑪列車上睡了一小時就醒了,身體要弓著才能入睡,身體像是被轟炸過一樣,回到虎尾已快凌晨十二點了,回到家躺在床上,心裡想己經結束了嗎.......感謝老曲從太魯閣送我到花蓮火車站,感謝京闈從斗六車站送我回家,感謝所有幫忙過我的人! 賽後評分: 路線很美,補給很差,TUR團隊很棒! 給 2 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 110~134 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 134~151 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 151~156 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 156~165 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 165~170 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為170 點此去設定最大心率 |
