| 這場漁鄉風情馬拉松的沿路風景果然如其名,海景、漁港、漁村、漁塭...等都盡收眼裡,當然補給及賽後餐點也才不了海鮮類,尤其是29K多的補給站有白蝦配啤酒,真的是太超過了,分明就是要讓人不想跑。除了補給優外,到了37、8K左右還出動舞台車現場演唱,果真是熱情的南台灣,有幸參加這場馬拉松真的是太好了......惟一美中不足的就是...我的右腿到了35K抽筋了...幸好不算嚴重 賽前宣言: 開心跑馬 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
