又要練間歇跑,其實心裡有點害怕,感覺是很自虐的一種練習,不過為了進步還是要忍受一些辛苦。
今天跑起來沒有比較快,感覺腳步跨不大,也掌握不到省力的跑法。倒是間隔休息的那圈變快了,用走的路段不到半圈,其他還是保持小跑步,這樣心臟有休息到,肌肉也不會太難以調適,感覺還不錯。
跑了二趟又遇到建智哥,在外圈舒服的跑著,後來他還跟一個跑友結伴聊了起來。我也想加入邊跑邊聊,無奈間節奏很難配合,只好默默的給他們祝福。唉,難怪人家說「跑快沒朋友」,其實我也不快,只是間歇跑真是太喘了~
跑完十趟還不到一小時半,比上次省了8分鐘,倒是不會很累,只是大腿還是很酸痛。跑到後來好像比較有掌握到核心輔助施力的模式,比較有效率。今天有個體悟:跑步就是保持不要抽筋、不要喘不過氣,就可以盡量跑下去了。
