路邪補給不用期待,反正吃香蕉喝水跟運動飲料,風景漂亮,沿路還是一樣有學生小孩演奏樂器加油團,阿公阿媽伯伯阿姨加油團,風依舊很大,而且今年更冷,自己腳的狀況普通,說不上好,前半段還算滿順的,跑到27K後開始掉速,掉到535~540,35K後,開始萌生放棄念頭,撐了2K算下時間,破4可以,但破pb無望,破4也沒什麼開心的,其實跑到30K就知道應該破不了,因為腳的狀況沒有去年跑萬金石30K處那樣輕鬆,於是37K開始當步兵,哈哈…
