超馬真的不是我的菜啊!
前27K好像還在前十名,但折返之後的連續上坡一直當步兵,因此被5、6個人追過,眼看總排無望⋯⋯開始自爆自棄,每一個補给站都進去吃吃喝喝,有喝到蠻牛、啤酒、可樂、沙士、舒跑、水⋯吃了番茄、棗子、羊羹、香蕉⋯還吃了一碗麵。以前拼成績常常補给站都過站不停,或一秒拿水或飲料邊跑邊喝,都不知道跑馬有這麼多東西可以吃,難怪有人越跑越胖!折返後只要上坡就是走,有時平路也是走,跑跑走走,下坡也是慢慢跑,不要受傷就好了!好不容易才回到終點!
真心覺得跑100公里能完賽的都是高手啊!我還太嫩,能力無法駕馭超馬,還是跑半馬為主,偶爾挑戰一下全馬就好了!
