之前總覺得實際路跑都會比跑操場慢很多,且心跳都比較慢,明顯就是路跑都有點太輕鬆,前幾天突然發現強者同事的路跑分圈計時改成400m,今天就偷學一下,目標140s/圈(=pace 5m50s/km),果然跑坡就比較精實點(比較喘但很爽 :p ),以前真的太歡樂了。 XDD
跑到清大北大門口賺了50秒,結果繞完清大一圈回到交大就花完了,接著交大反方向環校已經跟不上目標pace,到操場補5圈外圈也只能維持目標pace而已......再練......囧
