起床看到fb有人傳私訊給我 一看是國志兄 他說他爲了準備冬山河100k想要作長距離lsd 他知道我自主練習有過70k 所以邀我一起跑 但是我知道國治兄的速度不慢 很怕會拖累他 但是他說不會 他也會放慢速度 於是就促成了今日的長距離lsd
但是由於起跑時間太晚 到了晚上有些路段完全沒燈 以至於跑的時候要非常小心 沿途也有不少野狗 下午的天氣有太陽所以不覺得冷 但是晚上之後只穿短袖的我沒跑步就冷到會發抖 沿途國治兄跟我聊了很多 也無私分享了許多他的經驗以及觀念 讓我對跑馬又有更多的認識
