前段配速過快~
但本來就是預設來評估調整配速設定的
在身旁高速跑者眾多的情況下被「帶著」跑了現階段來說過快的配速,使得過了21k後沒有「仍然輕鬆自在」的感覺,更在28k後明顯備感壓力(維持配速)~ 居然還在30k跑了445 pace~ 終究在過了35k後掉到520以下,更甚至在絕望的37-40.5k只有630pace左右⋯⋯
再次體驗到了前快後慢後繼無力的失落無奈
