澎湖呂勝雄 終於跑完了,雖然有進步,
但很遺憾,成績沒有破4,
應該是月跑量不夠,
前半段跑太快,太高估自己,
30K後一直出狀況,速度無法維持,又是後繼無力,
打算明年專心跑半馬,以目前的時間規劃,跑半馬比較適合。
