第三趟完全不行,本想放棄,但經過馬路時,鐵路工程車剛好經過,柵欄放下來幫忙擋車,或許是天意吧?就繼續往前跑,不過實在太熱了,準備的水都喝完了還不夠,就到全家買水吹涼降溫一下,後面的速度大概只能算收操了吧?對一個長跑來說,不是很OK,但這週如果算roll back的話,好像又可以接受? :p
