前半馬太快,果然造成後半段爆掉,撞牆到快抽筋,每個水站都得走1~2分鐘,要加多平常訓練量,拉長LSD距離到35KM.加油!!
賽後評分: 水站很足夠,很棒的環形路線,建議明年可以加入西南邊的路線,再來一組63KM的超馬組.
