馬祖馬拉松全力跑完,回來後也沒好好休息⋯馬不停蹄接著訓練;今天前11K的腳好像綁著鉛塊在跑,後面上了思思哥、國偉哥、一億哥的列車3K後覺得不太行⋯只好上車1K、下車1K勉強跟~第20K還是掉了!最近真的太疲累,該休息一下。😔😔😔
