高樹馬賽前調整,25km配速練習。
元旦跑完66km後身體尚未恢復,18km以後心肺還很有餘力,但腿部感覺相當疲勞,速度掉的亂七八糟,下次長距離訓練至少要全休個4~5天才行啊。
另外,大會前段的交管需要再加強,自己被交管停下來三次,工作人員方向引導也有問題,甚至巷弄還有車子衝出來,相當驚險刺激!
