最後還是要來寫一下心得。
其實這場比賽賽前的準備是不太足夠的,
前一周大部分的時間都睡眠不足,
12月只跑200K左右,1月到比賽前也跑150K左右。
比賽一開始的時候,
感謝很多跑友有自備頭燈,
才能夠看到路,
比賽開始時天上的星星是整場最大的亮點。
前20K走走停停,
最後整體來說在第一段上坡有消耗稍多的體力,
過了第一個高點之後,
似乎也用了過多的體力在下坡。
30K-40K也是走走跑跑,
主要原則就是,
"只要斜坡的終點比眼睛高,就用走的。"
這段上坡其實也走得頗崩潰。
40K-60K這段算是滿舒服的丘陵地,
在自我感覺良好的情況下,
大約都還能維持在6分多的速度,
但其實進到補給站的時間都滿長的。
60K-70K也是長下坡,
但這段似乎是身體提早感覺到狀況,
並沒有放全力下去衝刺。
70K-80K是最崩潰的上坡,
這上坡有些地方用走的我腳還無法站穩。
有的小緩坡還能夠稍微以6-7分速前進。
經過大約兩小時後,終於來到最後下坡。
但其實沒有經歷過10小時的練習,
身體已經開始出現狀況,
左腳除了水泡之外,缺少控制的情況下,
外側的肌肉超級緊繃,幾乎是下坡都在疼痛中度過。
腦中除了計算到達的時間,沒辦法做其他的思考。
總之最後是完賽了,
也達成南橫108的門檻。
