自主35K.第一圈.原路折返補給2-3口運動飲料.立馬再出發.來到忠烈祠雜貨店竟然沒開.......只好再繼續跑下去.直到31K山海宮第2次補給1杯冰水.簡直是救星.喝完也沒做休息就起跑深怕冷掉..來到原路折返的路口..........我放棄了.上去沒水喝一定掛.就跑回全家完成35K
