心得待補~~~~
跑全馬真的好累
也讓我知道自己的極限大概就是這樣了......
自從國興盃跑完之後
突然陷入低潮
因為練跑均速都上不了430
覺得很沮喪
開學前一天
老爸買了巧虎陪伴我之後
才又恢復正常
3月初又每天吃義大利麵超補
然後遇到北部天氣不好又休跑了4天
然後高雄馬就來了..............
起跑前我竟然緊張到腳一直發抖
10K時進了第一次補給站
12.5K時遇到一位女生菁英選手
就順勢上車了
17.6k被超半馬的男子選手追過
20.3k又被超半馬的女子選手輾過
列車一路到了22.5K的補給站
這位前輩不小心滑倒
我也跟著絆到就仆街了
手腕和腳踝有點痛
但還是爬起來繼續跑
到了25K世運會場時,我突然心中閃過棄賽的念頭
可是腳還是不聽使喚地往前跑
只是速度就開始掉下來了
28k左右還沒進援中濕地前就看到黑人選手從對向車道過來
挖哩咧!!!他們竟然已經快要進35k了.......
天氣也變得很熱
曬的我有點意識模糊的直到進終點~~~
