第20馬 新竹城市馬拉松
叔叔沒有練過,小朋友不要學喔!!!
3月份跑量0,2月份扣掉228那場全馬也才20k的跑量。自己狀況自己知道,所以今天打定主意慢慢晃,原本預定530完賽,沒想到狀況還可以,順利以505完賽,原本到後面時還想衝個sub5,只是沒練腳真的很沒力,只好慢慢的凸回來!
放慢跑也有好處,這場是這半年幾場全馬唯一沒抽筋的一次,跑起來舒服多了XDDDD
