福澤式Day56 話說年前和同事約好要跑鳳山寺,過年的時候就直接忘記,到前幾天才又想起。通常跑鳳山寺都是先騎機車到禾家牧場那裡開始起跑,跑到鳳山寺折返來回15km的山路,俗稱"139線道訓練"。最近和科科台中往返算一算距離其實從家裡出發到鳳山寺和去台中的里程數是差不多的,於是就這麼直接地出發了。
17k 0600到達禾家牧場,原來以前都要騎17km到禾家呀,沒有跑都不知道原來都專程騎那麼遠來跑步。line鵬仔,鵬仔正從家裡出發。
32k 0740不愧是139,沿途一間早餐店都沒有只好一直衝到鳳山寺在阿娥小吃補了2碗肉燥飯+湯。鵬鵬此時說他已經到禾家了。吃到大概0820再度出發折返。
35k 0826遇到正騎鐵馬上來的鵬仔,鵬仔說他先騎到鳳山寺再下來追我。
44k 0926鵬仔追上了我,我們討論一番覺得時間還太早就不吃午餐,我直接衝回鹿港。
59k 1125經過頂番婆之前和科科最後停留的7-11,本來不打算停留想一股作氣衝回家,無奈身體很老實自動跑向7-11 補了一瓶舒跑s後直接奔回家。
最後這幾k腳開始發痛,可能是山路的關係也可能今天的速度比上回快所以雙腿還沒到家的時候就爆炸了。
最後1205平安到家,完成這一回合。
