| 去年看了團友分享合歡山路跑經驗後,便決定今年一定要參賽。賽前只想著合歡山好空氣、好風景,對3275M高海拔空氣稀薄及1600 M的總爬昇只聽說難度很高,喜悅的心情遠多於不安。
比賽前一天到了會場,想早點適應環境小跑了3K,誰知用7分速跑不到1K便氣喘噓噓,哇~那明天要跑43K要怎麼跑?這時看見日落黃昏美景,管他的,這時候心情不思考那問題,先欣賞美景。
比賽起跑那天,團友們興高采烈聚在一起拍照留念,同時帥氣的團長也悄悄的出現了,歡樂的氣氛High到最高點。
起跑後氣喘的情形比起昨天好了很多,雖然一直到折返點還是在適應氧氣稀薄的環境 , 以這樣的狀況便能夠以預期的配速持續前進。
