| 準備很久想說要來認真跑!沒想到前一週確診!
正好到週六24:00解隔!快篩陰之後am2:00就出發到埔里!想說就邊跑不行就棄賽走回來!
一開始跟大家一起跑前面13k還可以撐得住!後來上山徑雨勢越來越大!全身都濕了連走路心跳都爆到150幾!看來確診後心肺真的影響不小啊!本以為是好走的山徑因為下雨整個都濕滑了起來!下山也滑倒和三四次!不過也還好是小滑而已!到40km補站看起來時間也還算可以就沒有要降轉了繼續往日月潭方向走!
後來開始陸續遇到一些大哥們一起邊走邊聊天!到湖邊也拍拍照加上victor家人也來補給加油!精神都來了😄!
除了日月潭之後到75km補站想說應該可以撐的住了吧沒想到後來的下坡也是跑的不要不要的然後80km開始上坡只能用走的了 腳底也開始慢慢痛了起來!
到85km最後一個補站!天色已經很黑了!只好帶起頭燈聽說要上4km想說好吧就用走的!沒有預期的難走!恐怖的是到了90k的桃米村後面的無止境山坡真的快崩潰了哈哈腳底的痛只好忍住了走路比跑步痛!最後還是有在時間內跑完😄!感謝一路一起跑步聊天的大哥們還有好朋友的補給!還有志工們的幫忙!好久不見的 LC 跟國韶!等我新冠好了再來挑戰別的吧😄 賽後評分: 很讚的比賽 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~166 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 166~176 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 176~181 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為181 點此去設定最大心率 |
