第32馬~~2016合歡馬~~
兩年前參加過一次6小時出頭~~這次想要挑戰一下自己最近的狀況~~不過最近比較偷懶啦哈哈~~跑得還算可以~~
不過沒想到上坡都還有符合我的預期最後竟然是在我最熟悉的下坡....爆掉了QQ~比預期的晚了十分鐘左右回來~~不過還算可以啦哈哈~~
這次出發之後就不像上次跑跑走走拍照了~~能夠跑的地方就跑!!也不拍了~~~身上背了一罐500CC的水壺就開始跑~~因為我知道上坡補站的距離應該不夠我喝~~所以我就自己帶水壺了~~
一路撐到了昆陽過後沒多久~~阿~~文孝回來了@@阿咧~~我都還沒上到武嶺耶~~不過也恭喜他這次總一衝回來啦哈哈~~跟他預期的一樣~!上到武嶺約2:35分~~原本預期是在2:30以內看來是有點落後~~後來期望下去松雪樓回來之後再3:00以內~~
過了武嶺之後開始小衝刺之後回來~~正好2:58分~~沒想到後面的下坡我竟然不行了QQ~有可能是最近變胖了哈哈~~跑沒多久小腹開始有點痛~~(有可能是高山空氣比較稀薄一點!!或是吃太多@@)一開始還可以4:20左右後來也把速度放到5分多甚至小走一下~~過了10K之後稍微有好一點~~
就開始持續跑~~不過天氣也熱了~!這次天氣真的很好!!連上到武嶺都不冷~~或許也是我爆掉的原因吧哈哈~~(藉口~)最後順利的跑完~~4:40還算及格啦哈哈~~期待下次吧!
