原本今天要來個8圈半自主30k的,第2圈開始就順順的配進430,2~5圈感覺都很舒暢沒想到第6圈開始腳踝開始隱隱的做痛起來把速度放慢些,跑完半馬後停下來喝水準備要跑第7圈時一起腳真的還蠻痛的,再跑下去真的要休一個禮拜了,還是放棄好了 體力跟肌力都還有預留不少說,暗~
