新店碧潭 木柵道南橋25k
今天跑二小時,昨天爬山感覺小腿還有點酸,6k後才能跑進五分內,但體感不算太輕鬆,12k後木柵道南橋折返配速還是差不多,有考慮回程把心率拉高一點,但拉不太動,20k之後覺得沒什麼力,再降一點速跑完,距離台北馬一個月至今還跑不出一個像樣的長距離😓
