往年又臭又長又硬斗的長間歇和tempo,通常會選擇在白天上班前去跑,睡得比較飽、時間也比較從容、不用趕著買早餐回家,但今年除了11月比往年熱、白天可能會跑不下去以外,也發現了清晨4~6點的田徑場竟然也有滿多人在練跑的,比起7~9點只有自己孤單的繞圈,有人一起繞的感覺好很多,雖然速度不同也鮮少交談、但知道彼此一樣的努力,祝福大家下星期都能順利完賽。 😊😁
