| 破PB了,忍不住淚流滿面,終於對得起平時艱苦訓練,破PB要天時地利人和俱全。
從35公里開始爆,怎麼也提不起來,吃補給也沒好轉,看了很多人都是從這個公里數開始爆,不知道什麼原因,可能是跑到這裡開始開闊有風吧
跑爆最大特徵就是心率下降然後上不去,雖然這次破PB,但後段也是跑爆了,前後段落差變大,就再次把它練平衡了,只是平衡支點從半馬延後到約30公里,續航力應跑低強度長距離。
