雙溪 關渡 至善路MP18k(p4:45)
雙溪口往關渡方向前進順風好跑,回程多處大逆風,吃力感加重,回到雙溪耗去不少體力,停錶喝水休息後繼續往至善路逆風前進,盡量撐住不降速,休息後回程輕鬆多了,維持原有體感配速可以再快15秒跑完最後里程~呼~準備過年🐰
