今日雨勢不算小但氣溫算舒適好跑,景美段練跑的人潮也不少。慢慢再拉長距離,前24k自覺速度配得不錯,跑得還算穩,但最末段的上坡撐不住,停錶補水再慢慢跑完,但體感已轉為辛苦的體感了,希望身體可以盡快適應長距離。
