殘念的SUB4,雖然出發前下著雨,但到了會場後是陰天,而且溫度不到20度,再加上是平地馬,想說今天應該可以跑得輕鬆些。唯一比較擔心的是昨天陪女王回娘家,回家後東摸西摸的,睡不到四小時,所以到會場後精神不是太好。出發後開始小心的控制均速5/40KM,想說看有沒有機會跑進SUB4。一路上還算順利,17~19K處淋了10分鐘左右的雨,還好鞋子沒太濕。均速上在16K小解和37K噴肌樂,耽誤了點時間。直到35K後,想拉高均速5-10秒KM,進SUB4比較保險,但又很怕抽筋,前功盡棄。就想說用最接近SUB4的配速方式來跑。一直到41K時,看GPS錶還有6分鐘的時間,想說最後1.195K應該可以剛好擠進SUB4,但就在GPS錶全馬設定的距離結束後,離SUB4剩不到30秒,我還沒看到終點線,當下就知道殘念了。最後多了160公尺,多花了約45秒。,只能說腿力不足,還是要多練!(PS:昨晚睡前還看了運動筆記:一位和我同齡的跑友寫了:金澤遠征初馬完走 四十九秒小留遺憾,沒想到我今天就破他紀錄了。不過人家是初馬,比我強多了。)
