天氣好的莫名其妙,還沒六點強烈的陽光就直射自行車道。大概10公里時右後側腰部開始痛,一直痛到跑完全程都沒有改善,應該是不知道何時去傷到了,平常都沒感覺直到運動時才發作...折返後陽光更強烈了,忍著腰痛慢慢的跑跑走走回來,要不是路線離捷運站都有段距離,應該會直接搭捷運。
