這場打算配10小時的,乘客臨時取消,所以變成失速列車..
很少跑15度以下又下雨的天候,難得有這麼好的機會來挑戰,
上半身反正會濕,就穿壓縮衣、薄長袖排汗衣加上鎮西堡風衣..
下半身還是壓縮褲與短褲搭配,這樣穿著除了風櫃嘴的風與折返點處下雨有點冷外,只要不要停太久,跑起來不會流很多汗..非常舒服.
31K補給站遇到蘆慢的雅芬姐再推如來神掌,想報名的歡迎留言..
回程約6小時10分被100K總一追過,上風櫃嘴的前3K上坡幾乎無力跑,最後的10K下坡也跑不了5分速,大概是累了,肌力不足..
補給站還不錯該有的都有,有兩站熱食,志工也很辛苦...26K叉路的路標不明顯,看到有人跑錯..還好又跑回來..
