賽後第二天的昨天腳最鐵(延遲性肌肉疲勞?),加上又加班所以休跑;今天賽後第三天,整體肌群均勻微痠,但比賽後段下坡感到最不舒服的小腿,今天在下坡段也是比較痠痛,可見下坡的流暢度是需要好好注意的
