跑的感覺不錯,但兩個頭痛的問題:
一、左足弓很緊繃,一直擔心足底筋膜炎發作
二、十幾公里腳底板就麻了,起水泡了
幸好除了跑上坡會喘(廢話,不過比去年好多了)以外,跑起來還算輕鬆,只要專心「忍痛」就好。
跑完回來發現鞋子底下破個洞,難怪會起個大水泡!!
