台中劉家榮 這場是上週AAE50受傷後的第一場賽事,尾椎還有不適,所以抓4:00左右完賽。天氣冷+身體不適的原因,起跑就順順跑沒有特意拉速度,前半段21K,時間控制在1:58,後半段21K的速度只要穩穩配在530,又可以再抓下一場SUB4了,雖然這樣子想,但一路上逆風側風被吹到不要不要的,很不好跑。在最後1K竟然還多出400M,好在時間有多抓,不然就是在終點前目送SUB4飛走了。最後以大賽3:58(晶片3:56完賽)。
今天補給比較有印象就是喝了三罐雞精和一罐啤酒。 賽前宣言: 好賽事什麼可以不來參加,加油。 賽後評分: 1.全馬和半馬一起起跑,導致人擠人。
2.路線規劃安排到工業區去吸廢氣。
3.在地人情味佳。
4.有清洗間很棒。
