比賽完應該是慢慢恢復跑,不過這次可能跑比較慢腳沒有很痛,今天就能上工正常跑。前面還都順利,天氣也涼爽無風,誰知約16圈之後心臟竟然感覺有點痛,這倒是沒有過的感受。有點擔心,便放慢腳步,明明腳都沒問題卻不能跑快也滿痛苦的。到21圈還沒好,只能提前中場休息,到場邊喝水。摸摸左胸感覺心跳很快,等他放慢平靜下來再繼續跑。後面好像就比較不痛了,還是按原計畫跑完40圈。想想前天跑山路會覺得使不上力,大概也是高海拔心肺負荷大的關係,希望能在南橫前改善啊!
