昨天的全馬跑了5小時26分....真的有夠爛的~ 本來預計4小時半完賽,跑到21K時腳傷發作,結果後面的2小時幾乎是用走的走完全程! 休養一個月突然又跑全馬,果然有些吃不消啊! 看來短時間內只能練短距離的了....
