賽前目標保四,以5分半~6分速跑完古都馬成功~
前5k出去又爆衝了,腳踝就又痛了,放慢速度,調整一下跑步姿勢,跑到都不知道要怎麼跑了,心想若不行就跑到21K就好,速度放慢後腳踝好像還Ok,就順順回終點了,終點前2K處紅燈被攔下,害我以為無法保四了
