賽後評分: 今天的賽道風景不錯,尤其是Z型坡道頂端的五分山氣象站,排除山路加強風攻頂真過癮,回程時約30K時體力不濟,只能當步兵緩走回來,整體來說是個小而美的賽事,另外沖水區不要在泥土上,遇水都變爛泥巴了,應該要在水泥地上,其它方面都還不錯。
今天太累了,賽後伸展有點青菜,應該會痠痛個幾天>.<
