如所料,練習量不夠,半程過沒多久狂抽筋,大爆走。前面跑的還可以,本來還幻想會Sub4, 月跑量30k的我實在太天真了,今天諸事不順,本來要照相,後來手機表面滴到汗水,無法作動,乾脆不照了,傷心,我先去補眠去。
