| 這個月因家有要事,偷懶沒練,月跑量不到80K(太混了),所以報應馬上就來了
當初寶哥熱情邀約跑這場,想都沒想就答應了,對照今天的慘狀,只能怪自己太自不量力了😅😅😅
早上有下一點小雨,地上濕濕的,天真以為不會太熱,結局卻是恰恰相反,沒多久太陽的熱力全開,把我曬得是頭昏眼花,雖然沿路上樹蔭還是不少,但是終究練不夠,早早就開啟步兵模式,我的第一場超馬,歷經7小時30分終於千辛萬苦完賽了!內心由衷佩服那些104K的神人們,你們真的太強了!👍👍👍
