15:00時參加高雄24小時超級馬拉松賽暨全國錦標賽準時開跑,慢跑左營運動場館外圍繞圈賽,個人經驗不足報名6小時賽,跑至42K後停下找醫護人員包紮腳底水泡傷,速度明顯慢下來,最後以50.75K分三做收,少跑至少三圈。看見不少高手報名24小時賽確實佩服之至!
賽前宣言: 參加跑6H第一次!
賽後評分: 15:00時參加高雄24小時超級馬拉松賽暨全國錦標賽準時開跑,慢跑左營運動場館外圍繞圈賽,跑至終點前設補給站,有水果、飲料及粥湯,旁邊帳棚內也有休息區可自備補給品,停車場設於路旁另一邊,唯一入夜後光線不足部分路面不很平坦,有摔跤之虞。
