如果不是這場美濃超馬,我不會知道原來美濃這麼美,跑在水圳旁幽靜的步道,有一種似曾相似的兒時記憶,很懷念!
跑季前練跑的跑量少的可憐,深知自己除了體能上的不足,要克服的就是內心了。
跑步有伴,總是最快樂,久了慢慢就會有默契,一起加油囉!
