台北市ALVIN LIN 感謝補給王的拍照^^志工及拍照人員都很辛苦 三重馬~熱、很熱、非常熱
本來跑完第一趟想回終點休息,但心想怎麼可以逃走,
就1k、1k的吃,反正遲早都會爆的,
今天實在太熱了,好險我有帶一瓶水,
不用等到水站就能立即補給,不然我一定更慘,
在路上也遇到了很多朋友,我都有打聲招呼喔,
不過我還是不喜歡同一條路跑兩次,
因一定會經過終點(就想回家),
放假了,等下半年才有全馬能跑了,
這陣子先休息一下,
不過休息還是要一點點的訓練(減量、緘量、緘量)
