回到涼爽的台東,傍晚跑起來真是舒服到想哭。而且氣象報告說整個星期都差不多這種天氣,讓我非常期待星期六這場可以有好一點的表現。
今天起跑時還有一點酸痛,我忍住盡量拉高速度,五圈之後就比較順了。看來前天真的沒有很努力跑,今天才會還跑得動。不過連週馬還是要保留體力,跑完拉筋完再回家,老婆還說我今天怎麼那麼早回家。看來跑快一點比較省時間啊。
