| 下午五點多趕到30K補給站,還好可以吃到一些東西。還有4小時多需奮戰30K,只是雙腿的股四頭肌已經被來回的浸水營古道折騰的差不多快不聽使喚了,只要求别抽筋就好了。
回程的大漢林道大部份是下坡,只是很多水泥路面破碎的高低不平,不敢跑太快,一怕抽筋,二怕跌跤,三則越野鞋跑這種硬路面,前腳掌很痛啊!
將近6點山區暗黑掛起頭灯跑才沒多久,想看一下還有多少里程。哇靠!手錶竟然沒電了,有揹充電電池和手機充電線,就是沒帶手錶的。哇哩呐~還有20幾公里,只能看一下手機時間,憑感覺的速度跑跑走走的推進。
大腿僵硬時就找䕶欄拉著深蹲幾下,可以哀嚎幾聲也沒人聽見。只有皓月相伴,想起鎮西堡最後宇老回終點的21K及横台的武嶺過後的下坡奮戰經驗,只要盡力拼博,結果就隨緣吧!
放空身心享受這精疲力盡的最後考驗,還好有救星出現~終場埽帚與最後的跑者趕上我了,提醒別休息太久,可以跑慢但最好別停,終於想起"最低速度"的重要。最後3人結伴同跑,算一下時間應該還是有機會關門前回去。
