很好😳這月又破記錄了,只有跑步四次*每次10.1K(分別為3/3 3/4 3/10 3/11),也就是40.4K就面對奮起湖100😱😱😱
沒想到前年家族旅遊我剛好第一次去奮起湖,結果這第二次居然是用跑的😂 (開車不好嗎?🤔)
今日路線是嘉義市體育場到奮起湖來回,主要跑在159甲與169縣道,169上面有條小徑櫻花好美😍😍😍
幸好意志力超堅定,今天就是要跑完😤😤😤
不然那種垃圾跑量沒用啊😭我才23K就覺得大腿有痠,30K就開始大腿更緊繃,只好使出付出代價去完賽😤,就是之後所有上坡全走,下坡也僅用7分速,好讓大腿可以撐到終點😘
所以😏 好孩子請好好堆量,不要當免練組喔☺️
