26K後回程大部分是下坡,但後16K跑的比前26K均速慢,34K開始左膝側邊不舒服,最後4K真的是變態坡,不敢硬跑會痛,本預計順順的話,四個小時到4個半小時回到終點,最後讓老婆多等了一會。
賽前宣言: 全家旅跑
賽後評分: 路線真的硬硬的,特別是最後4K的下坡非常的變態。
補給非常的棒,氣象站折返點有牛肉最大的亮點。
但今天的氣候不是很好,從陰天變成雨天山上起霧非常的冷。
但這一條5分山的路線非常的棒,若天氣放晴由上往下看,風景特別優美。
