嗚呼!
凌晨四點出門,特地量了體重57.2,
跑了一趟全馬 (且是山地馬) 回來,
與凌晨同樣的著裝,馬上再量體重,居然57.4,不減反增!
可見吃進去的比消耗的多!! 😟
只怪沿路補給站太週到了,幾乎每3公里就一站,
這一站吃的還沒消化掉,下一站又來了……
沿途風雨交加,不方便獵景拍攝,可惜了一路的天然好景緻,
就只好一路東吃、西吃 來填補遺憾了。

去年,跑了半年的運動場、河濱,沒跑過山路;
就不知天高地厚,報名了五分山 全馬 (初馬),
還好,差4分鐘,險被關門。
經過一年的自主路跑,今年第二次報名了五分山 全馬,
很欣慰,比去年快了幾近一個小時;
重要的是,沒有撞牆,沒有抽筋,沒有任何不適,
若明後這二三天,沒有任何延遲性疼痛,那就太完美了!
