| 夏天是耐熱訓練的好時機,今年的TUR百K挑了6月漫步月球,8月玉里及9月環澎來訓練。
月跑量不足,要跑百K就有點累累的。還好經驗夠尚能低空飛過完賽,南部的太陽真的很熱情,曬得昏昏的。早上4:30起跑,趁天凉用5分半速先趕20公里到第一補給站月世界旅遊中心,繞湖一週踩泥巴補給後,狀況還可以就繼續趕路。
沿途景色不錯,坡度也起起伏伏,有點難度,但加上熾陽高掛又沒風,跑起來又悶又熱,路況也愈來愈糟。過第二補給站關廟新光國小42公里後,9點多路面已略感熱度,上坡路面也不佳,決定穿起室內拖應戰。上坡又下坡,不斷重複,到308高地一路陡上,陪伴著中午的熾熱太陽,路旁幾處有水的宮廟或工寮就冲水全身來降溫,11點多到大站補給站,雖然豐盛又澎湃,卻沒啥胃囗,水袋補滿冰醋飲,勉強吃了碗麵幾片肉就冲匆匆上路,狀況不佳不想休太久。
走沒多久想喝醋飲,竟然吸不上來,只能卸下背包檢查,吸口有點問題,只能整個拔起吸飲後再裝回去,比較費工而已。再則流汗太多,雖有補充塩碇,大腿仍感覺快抽筋。BCAA(氨基酸)忘了帶,第一次塩碇用完還不夠。所以往後路程就走走跑跑,遇到商店就補啤酒外帶蘆筍汁。
第四站萃文書院與第5站玉皇宮都強迫自己呑罐雞精補充體力,固體食物都沒啥胃口。第4站前小毓給2包BCAA ,吞了一包或多或少又些改善抽筋的狀況,進旗山的公路也好跑不用再上上下下,最後的考驗就剩中寮山了。
剛開始與雲林三劍客及賴醫生走著走著,賴醫生體力好像大復活,跟了半小時就跟不上了,5點多氣候也逐漸涼爽,上坡室內拖鞋也不是很舒服,乾脆再赤足跑吧!走走停停還可以。天色漸喑,懶得拿頭灯打算赤回終點。
