嘉義李信達(蘭潭跑跑部aka北回慢跑) 如來神掌100式,
跑錯路又追回來結果里程102.41公里,
最後11小時9分總二完賽

剛開始跑步的第一年,
看到這個手掌軌跡的如來神掌100式,
就有極大的興趣想跑,
不過100k加上爬五座山頭,
也幸好當時沒有不自量力報下去,
後來經過2015南橫108公里的震撼教育,
瞭解到百k比賽絕對要練、一定要練,
不過這次跑如來神掌,
沒有上次練鎮西堡那麼認真(笑),
上次還有跑36彎全馬、合歡馬,
這次只練兩次36彎(31k、32k),
還有一次阿婆灣36k,
優勢是爬坡明顯沒那麼累那麼喘,
不過也因為沒有長距離的耐力訓練,
因此50k之後體力掉很大......
前一晚跟鈞彥先去淡水住,
晚上在淡水老街巧遇研究所同學盧育佑,
拍個照還收到名產,
歡迎大家到淡水老街指名「醍醐大師」嘿!
有住一晚有差,
隔天精神好很多,
六點準時起跑,
順順跑不知不覺到領先集團(其實前後都沒人),
接著就悲劇了😭😭,
起跑前最怕迷路了,
結果吸引力法則果然6k就跑錯路,
跑到自行車的路線,
還跟一群車隊聊天,
結果被志工騎機車追回來,
飛奔回正確路線,
此時覺得節奏、心情都受到影響,
所幸再來遇到賽道上的貴人-第四次跑如來的褲子哥!
有他經驗豐富的分享和分析,
頓時讓我安心不少😂😂😂,
整個巴拉卡公路一同聊跑,
下坡還不自覺超速了🤣🤣🤣,
結果前面42.1k還破四XDDD,
下姆指到金山市區這段開始獨跑,
思考著再來四座山該怎麼分配體力,
不過下十八王公巨忠犬領練媽媽肉粽時,
明顯感覺體力流失迅速,
此時只補充32Gi能量包和乖乖膠,
確保雙腿不抽筋,
之後的策略就是上山縮小步幅且走且跑,
下山能跑就拉一下追時間,
從10k就維持在總二,
之後就一直獨跑回終點.....
沿路有把野狗喝斥吼開,
有被補給站廟公叫回去重跑因為他要放鞭炮讓我拍照🤣,
有被自己的水嗆到咳了好長一段,
但,
更多的是每個補給站大家的熱情鼓勵,
還有山上山下各具特色的北海岸景觀,
以及無止盡的心情調適和自我打氣,
自己知道練不夠,
因此穩跑到完賽,
還是很幸運賺到個總二,
完成天還亮時完賽的目標,
感謝蘭潭跑跑部的每次團練,
讓我完成如來神掌!
然後剛才帶女兒走路去吃午餐,
她們兩個自顧自走在前面一點都沒要等我的意思😭
