前10K就知道今天不能達標了!心率過高,也不甚輕鬆!前半馬雖撐住速度,但知道再撐後面應該會爆!毅然決然在24K後放掉速度了!所以後半段跑得還不算太累😆!
檢討原因只能說自己賽前LR練習次數太少!只能吸取經驗,再接再勵!
由於是城市馬,GPS飄移之故,多了1K!
